Commercial contracting, privacy and AI made simple.

Our long in-house experiences help us understand your business and take the legal burden off you.

Our offering

Privacy

We help organisations comply with privacy regulations, among others with GDPR, CCPA and PIPEDA.

As part of the privacy work, we help our clients with managing vendors, drafting and negotiating privacy notices as well as data processing agreements (DPAs) with their suppliers and customers.

We also provide data protection training to organisations and their employees. Training can be one off or recurring, and take place live or be provided in a written format.

Commercial

We support our clients with all types of commercial legal matters, including drafting and negotiating agreements with customers, vendors, suppliers and partners. Often it is more cost effective for an organisations to be able to offer their services on their own terms and conditions and therefore we also provide assistance with among others standard contract templates and terms of use, as well as website terms of service.

AI

Use of artificial intelligence is increasing and has become a part of the day to day work life. Companies must be aware of how AI is used within their organisation and how use of AI is regulated. We help our companies understand the obligations imposed on them by AI regulation, and assist them with negotiating agreements with vendors and suppliers utilising AI.
